I am going to provide advice which seems counter-intuitive, but please hear me out.
First design your UX/UI, and then flesh it out !
I am suggesting you work backwards – start with the end in mind !
Once you know what your final product should look like, and how users will interact with it, you can then find experts to make your wireframe functional ! Technology is increasingly becoming a commodity, and your USP will be the user experience you can offer !
More than USP now. I would say there has to be an experiential USP or a compelling USP for the customers
True. That creates stickiness !
