This is a shame, because they are learning so much every single day , but are failing to share their insights with other people .
The secret is to capture lessons in real time !
Create short posts frequently, based on your experiences on that particular day ,when it’s fresh in your mind.
Don’t worry about making it a work of art. Don’t worry about the typos or the grammar – you can always edit is afterwards ! Capture whatever thoughts come to your mind , and the easiest way to do this is to use speech to text software.
It shouldn’t take more than a few minutes, and this will get easier with time.
These posts will become a very valuable archive , because you can review the lessons you have learned in the future as well. Writing stuff down helps you to become much sharper, and focuses your mind , so please don’t lose this opportunity !
The beauty today is that there are so many different formats you can use to reach out ! You can use podcasts if you like speaking; or videos if you always wanted to be a film-star.
And the oftener you will do it, the better you will get at it !
And you can always repackage your content , and re-use it in different formats !
