When entrepreneurs need to boost their sales , they decide to hire a salesperson . This is actually a big mistake !
They end up spending a lot of time educating the salesperson about the product , and sales guys typically ask him to spend money on advertising. This waste their time and drains their money !
It’s much more sensible for them to actually publish a series of posts on social media platforms to position themselves as thought leaders .
This is free, and helps them to create inbound interest , and getting serious queries, rather than throwing money on pointless Google ads which are great for inflating vanity metrics such as website traffic, but don’t translate to revenue !
Yes, you need to find time to do this , but sales is your primary responsibility, and you need to put this on your priority list ! And it shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes to compose a post if you use speech to text transcription apps , and tell stories about your customers and their pain points – the stuff you encounter on a daily basis !
The best posts are conversation between you and your reader , and since you are the subject matter expert , you are the best person to tell these stories ! Why do you want to outsource this key responsibility to someone else ?
