Improving the WhatsApp interface
While Whatsapp is great for scrolling through and responding to new messages , it’s very easy to miss important information, simply because there’s so much of it.
WhatsApp is terrible for organising and structuring old content , which means it’s hard to retrieve information from old WhatsApp conversations. The WhatsApp search function is very primitive !
An entrepreneurs needs to create a dashboard which structures and archives threads, so people can look these up as needed !
This will improve its utility considerably !
