Energy and physical health are the foundation on which every other reframe rests. Common Indian challenges include high consumption of sugar and refined carbohydrates, long periods of sitting, irregular sleep caused by late-night work or study, and social pressure to eat whatever is offered.

Useful reframes include:

Usual: Sugar is a treat I can enjoy in moderation.

Reframe: Large amounts of sugar function like a slow poison for energy and focus. I can still enjoy it occasionally as entertainment, not as daily fuel.

Usual: I am hungry, so I need to eat something immediately.

Reframe: I am hungry, so I will prioritise protein and vegetables. The craving will pass more cleanly.

Usual: I do not have time to move my body.

Reframe: A short walk is a high-return meeting with myself that improves the quality of every other activity that follows.

These frames become powerful when attached to simple systems: protein at every meal, a fixed short walk after lunch, a consistent sleep window. The reframe reduces the internal negotiation required to follow the system.
