The highest-performing users do not rely solely on reframes supplied by books. They maintain a living collection tuned to their own circumstances. A simple weekly process works well:

1. Identify one recurring painful thought or situation from the past week.

2. Write the usual frame in a single sentence.

3. Generate three alternatives with AI or through your own reflection.

4. Select the most promising and test it for seven days.

5. Keep, modify, or discard based on observed results.

Store the keepers in a simple note or document. Review the list once a month. Over six months most people accumulate fifteen to twenty-five personal reframes that cover the majority of their recurring challenges. This library becomes a form of mental infrastructure.
