We do only single embryo transfers ( SET)

We do only Day 5 ( blastocyst) transfers – even for poor ovarian responders.

We share embryos photos routinely and proactively with all patients. This documentation gives them priceless have peace of mind they have received the best treatment possible

We share the treatment plan in writing in advance , so patients know what to expect.

We tell patients to pool embryos, to maximise their chances of success.

We are transparent before, during and after the cycle , so patients know what is supposed to happen – and if things are going as planned.

We are frank and forthright – we don’t sugarcoat the truth.

We don’t abandon patients when the cycle fails , and by being honest, it’s easier for them to hope for the best and prepare for the worst !

We share treatment costs and timelines upfront – no sticker shock ! This is why we encourage patients to email us, and I answer all emails myself. The signal to noise ratio is much better, and there is much less scope for confusion.

We don’t do unnecessary expensive tests such as sperm DNA fragmentation tests, routine hysteroscopy and laparoscopy, ERA or PGT

We don’t employ assistants – we do all our treatment ourselves. We are hands-on clinicians, and provide high-tech care with high-touch

We respect our patient’s preferences and treat them as intelligent adults . We offer non-directive counselling, and encourage them to make their own decisions – after all, they need to live with the consequences for the rest of their life.

We have a full-time embryologist , Dr Sai, who treats each embryo as a baby , which is why our success rates are so high .
