Becoming an entrepreneur has become aspirational lately. This is partly because of all the media hype the successful founders attract. And sense of of freedom which running your own startup promises to give you can be very tempting !
However, the reality is that most people just aren’t cut out to be founders.
They are miserable working in a Startup setting because they find it hard to shoulder all the responsibilities which being a founder entails. They just aren’t used to having the buck stop with them, which is why many give up after a few months !
And please don’t think of this as having failed – the real life skills you will acquire are invaluable, so it will still be worth it !
