Focus is needed to achieve It drives the energy to achieve it has limited period.to keep focus.
Navin I You are right in that tunnel vision is ultra sharp focus but it’s actually considered a weakness in that due to intense focus you miss out to factor in all that’s changing around you .. which is actually against the agile way of working very popular today .. so while you must have sharp focus you must not nitpick yourself into a tunnel vision i guess 🙂
